Our Capabilities. Let us begin with the start of the process, CUTTING. We can bundle cut smaller diameter tube with cut lengths from 75mm to 3100mm on a digital readout. There is a single cut pull down saw for all other cutting. Then, if necessary, DEBURRING, where tubes are deburred inside and out. Then we come to FLARING or ENDFORMING. Tubes are flared on a single stroke hydraulic, double stroke hydraulic or double stroke pneumatic flarer. These machines are extremely accurate and repeatability is second to none. Then we come to BENDING. Tubes are bent on either an Addison DB19 (19mm capacity) or an Addison DB40 (40mm capacity) CNC benders. We also have facilities for hand bending where necessary. We also have facilities for flypress work, welding/handbrazing and pressure test.
